Miami keeps rolling - For all of those rooting for that (im)perfect season, hope is still alive as the Phins fall to the Eagles 17-7. I think Head Coach Cam Cameron wants this dubious achievement. BYU product John Beck will be starting at QB for the remainder of the season. His first game was against the oft-blitzing Eagles and his next game will be at Pitt who is coming off a loss. Speaking of, who was the better Detmer, Koi or Ty? Is Steve Young the greatest Mormon athlete of all time?
New England is just ridiculous - After the Colt win, the so-called experts were pointing to this game at Buffalo as the one that spoils the Pats perfect season....whoops. They only won by 46 points. To echo a few sentiments, if you hate having the score run up on you - don't bitch and play some defense. This isn't Junior High, no mercy rule. Anyway, after this 56-10 win I'm finding this impending Super Bowl to be less and less exciting. Three quarters of Brady tossing TD's and then the fourth quarter of Moss smoking a cigar, which equals me passed out drunk with chicken wing sauce all over my face by 11:30.

TO makes Romo look good - Owens may be one of the most obnoxious people in the history of sports, but he's having his best season and is arguably only behind Randy Moss at this point for best WR in the league. Romo is a good QB, but if you watch all those tosses to TO, he's making it easy, and is wide open and just carving up DB's with his route running. Man, the NFL is boring when Owens is not acting like a pissy little baby.....wack.
The worst game in the history of the NFL - FYI, the terrible S.F. 49ers played the horrific St. Louis Rams. Nobody cares, not even the players. Imagine getting the announcing assignment for that game? Is there any other way to be anointed the bottom rung of the football broadcasting world?

Norv Turner hates to win - Aggressively trying to stake his claim as one of the worst head coaches in the history of the NFL, Turner marched his former Super Bowl contending team to another loss and a 5-5 record. Tomlinson is a shadow of his 2006 form, and what happened to this great young arm of Philip Rivers? Hmmmm, seems like life is a bit harder when your RB isn't having the best regular season ever.
